If you are interested in becoming a hunter education instructor for the Nebraska Game and Parks, this is where you start. We will cover the basics of the Hunter Education program as well as many important concepts on teaching the classes. This workshop will cover both firearm and bow teaching topics.
This is a free course and passing this course does not make you a certified instructor. You will still need to apprentice and be approved by the Nebraska Game and Parks.
We will have a Hunter Education class scheduled on the following two days so you would be able to fulfill your apprenticeship requirements right away.
You will also need to complete the BSA Youth Protection program at some point,so you might as well get that done before class.
