Nebraska Shooters holds our instructors to a much higher standard than most agencies. We are all certified by the proper agencies to instruct our courses, but we strive to provide our students with more than the bare minimum. We simply will not endorse anyone who is not willing to hold themselves to this standard and we have ranked the endorsed instructors as follows:
A Gold Star Instructor has made commitment to instructing firearm courses above and beyond just a hobby. In order to maintain this ranking we require an instructor to seek outside training at least every year as well as teach at least one class every 2 months and stay actively involved in curriculum and range development throughout the year.
Silver Star Instructors are endorsed by Nebraska Shooters and have the knowledge and skills to instruct their courses above the required standards.
A Bronze Star Instructor often supports other instructors and assists in keeping our range safe while offering good sound coaching and information to students.
