Our Women’s Self Defense Seminar is a 3 hour course that addresses a wide spectrum of topics regarding awareness, establishing boundaries, and courses of action when boundaries are crossed. The first part is a frank, honest, discussion of self defense and personal safety as a lifestyle choice, the mindset / intent of predators, and in depth discussion of behavior strategies to enhance awareness, avoidance, and verbal deterrence prior to physical attack. The second part of the seminar is hands on demonstration, interaction, and practice of a fundamental toolkit to resist and escape common slaps, grabs, chokes and invasions of personal space. Seminars can be held in workplaces, churches, recreational rooms, school gymnasiums, or hosted at our affiliate karate dojo Midwest Karate Academy-Suibukan of Nebraska
