SUMMARY:Purse and Off-Body Carry Course
DESCRIPTION:Many of our students have stated that they are not planning to 
 carry their handgun in a holster on their belt\, but then they never go on
  to get proper training to carry in an off-body mode.  This course is des
 igned to make ladies and men comfortable with carrying their handgun in a 
 handbag\, fanny pack\, or sling bag.  We will cover the extra safety cons
 iderations and do the practical exercises to reinforce the techniques we h
 ave taught.\n\nThere are many myths in the concealed carry world and a gre
 at deal of them focus on off-body carry.  We will dispel myths and build 
 good habits to use going forward.  The methods taught in this course are
  tried and true.  Vicki Farnam has been a pioneer in the field of off-bod
 y carry training and this program will be deeply steeped in her curriculum
 .\n\nWe will have many purses and bags available to try and see what works
  best for you\, but please feel free to bring your own if you have one.\n\
 nYou will need to bring the handgun you plan to carry\, at least two spare
  magazines\, and 200 rounds of ammunition.  Also bring eye and ear protec
 tion.\n\nThis is not a first-level class.  Students need to be moderately
  proficient and have a strong command of firearm safety before taking this
  class.  This is a very hands-on course and space is limited to the first
