DESCRIPTION:NRA Range Safety Officer Course\nThis class will be taught by L
 ance Kuck\n\nThis course is approximately nine hours long.  Range Safety 
 Officer candidates will learn roles and responsibilities of an RSO\; Range
  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\; range inspection\; range rules\; r
 ange briefings\; emergency procedures\; and firearm stoppages and malfunct
 ions. Each Range Safety Officer Candidate will receive an RSO Student Stud
 y Guide\, a Basic Firearm Training Program brochure\, an NRA Gun Safety Ru
 les brochure\, an Instructor Application/Course Evaluation form.\n\nNRA Ra
 nge Safety Officers possess the knowledge\, skills\, and attitude essentia
 l to organizing\, conducting\, and supervising safe shooting activities an
 d range operations indoors and outdoors.\n\nThe NRA developed its program 
 in response to the demand for a nationally-recognized Range Safety Officer
  ("RSO") certification. Our class and the certification will be especially
  valuable to firearms instructors.\n\nPlease bring a sandwich for lunch.\n
 \nThere are no prerequisites for this course.  All materials will be prov
 ided.\n\nIf your registration is going to be paid as part of a group\, ple
 ase select the option to "pay instructor directly" when registering.\n\nCr
 edentialing Fees:\n\nFirst time Non NRA Member instructors\, Coaches\, and
  Range Safety Officers pay a flat credentialing fee of $60 for a 2 year te
 rm. Additional ratings can be added at a rate of $30 per rating and renewa
 ls are $60 for a 2 year term regardless of how many ratings are being rene
 wed.\n\n** NRA Members credentialing fees are $35 for a 2 year term and ad
 ditional ratings can be added at $15 per rating.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nRefund Poli
