SUMMARY:NRA Pistol Instructor Training
DESCRIPTION:\n	Our NRA Pistol Instructor Training course is designed to dev
 elop NRA Certified Instructors who possess the knowledge\, skills\, and at
 titude necessary to conduct the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course.&nbsp\; T
 he Pistol Instructor Training begins with our NRA Basic Instructor Trainin
 g class\, then the Basics of Pistol Shooting\, and then the Pistol Instruc
 tor Training. &nbsp\;These 3&nbsp\;classes together form the required cour
 se for NRA Pistol Instructor certification. (You are not considered an NRA
  Certified Instructor until the NRA Training Department processes your app
 lication and issues your instructor credentials.) &nbsp\;This includes the
  Basic Instructor Training (BIT)\,&nbsp\;the Student Basic Pistol\,&nbsp\;
 and the Pistol Instructor Training&nbsp\;so no other courses will be requi
 red to obtain your NRA Pistol Instructor Credentials after passing this co
 urse.&nbsp\;\n\n\n\n	\n	NRA Pistol Instructor certification&nbsp\;is a req
 uirement for becoming a Concealed&nbsp\;Handgun Permit (CHP) Instructor in
  Nebraska\, Iowa\, Kansas\, Colorado\, Missouri\, and many other states. R
 emember that the individual states decide all matters relating to their CH
 P programs including whether\, when\, and to whom they issue Instructor ce
 rtificates. You must apply directly to your state and meet their&nbsp\;req
 uirements for certification as a&nbsp\;CHP instructor.\n\n\n\n	The Trainin
 g Counselor (Justin Grusing) for this course has been a Nebraska Concealed
  Carry instructor for several years so if you are taking this class to pre
 pare for becoming a concealed carry instructor you will be able to get man
 y of your questions answered to&nbsp\;make the journey much smoother.\n\n\
 n\n	You will just need to bring your handgun and approximately 200 rounds&
 nbsp\;of ammo so you can demonstrate your ability to shoot to the standard
 s required to be&nbsp\;an NRA instructor. &nbsp\;You will be required to s
 hoot 16 out of 20 rounds in&nbsp\;a&nbsp\;6&quot\; groups&nbsp\;on an 8&qu
 ot\; circle from 15 yards. &nbsp\;&nbsp\;You will be given two&nbsp\;chanc
 es per day to&nbsp\;accomplish this.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\n\n\n\n	You can pay for
  the class with credit card or debit card below or if&nbsp\;you are going 
 to pay by check please select the &quot\;Pay Instructor Directly&quot\; op
 tion. &nbsp\;Your spot will not be reserved until the check is received.\n
 \n\n\n	NOTICE: Due to a recent change in the NRA Pistol Training course\, 
 it is required that&nbsp\;you complete the online portion of the student c
 ourse prior to attending the instructor course so you will be familiar wit
 h the material your Blended Learning students will have before coming to y
 ou for a Phase 2 portion of the course. &nbsp\;You can do this at&nbsp\;ht
 tps://www.nraonlinetraining.org/login/index.php&nbsp\;and it will cost $60
  paid directly to the NRA or you can pay for a control code below for $25 
 and I will send you a code to enroll in the course online.&nbsp\; You will
  be assigned a PIN upon completion of the online course so bring that with
  you. &nbsp\;(It will be printed on the certificate of completion)\n\n\n\n
 	The $300&nbsp\;$270&nbsp\;includes the BIT\,&nbsp\;the student course\, a
 nd the Pistol Instructor training. &nbsp\;Classes start at 5:30 pm and we 
 will be at BigShots Indoor Range at 399 Sun Valley Blvd\, Lincoln\, NE.&nb
 sp\; We will try and finish between 9:30 and 10:30 nightly.&nbsp\; We may 
 need to complete the course on Friday night if we do not have enough time 
 in the first 3 evenings.\n\n\n\n	&nbsp\;\n\n
