Prior to attending this course you will either need to complete the online portion of the NRA Basic Pistol Phase 1 so that you can complete \;the Phase 2 portion during this session or come in at 6:00 pm on 11/10/17 to attend an Instructor Led session for the Basic Pistol (Or Both). The Pistol Instr uctor Training begins with our NRA Basic Instructor Training class\, then the Basics of Pistol Shooting Phase 2\, and then the Pistol Instructor Tra ining.  \;These 3 \;classes together form the required course for NRA Pistol Instructor certification. (You are not considered an NRA Certif ied Instructor until the NRA Training Department processes your applicatio n and issues your instructor credentials.)  \;This includes the Basic Instructor Training (BIT)\, \;the Student Basic Pistol Phase 2 and the Pistol Instructor Training \;so no other courses will be required to obtain your NRA Pistol Instructor Credentials after passing this course.&n bsp\;\n\n\n\n \n NRA Pistol Instructor certification \;is a requiremen t for becoming a Concealed \;Handgun Permit (CHP) Instructor in Nebras ka\, Iowa\, Colorado\, Missouri\, and many other states. Remember that the individual states decide all matters relating to their CHP programs inclu ding whether\, when\, and to whom they issue Instructor certificates.
