DESCRIPTION:This weekend package includes all of the components necessary t
 o become an NRA Pistol Instructor.  If you are not currently an NRA membe
 r and would like to take advantage of the lower credentialing rates for me
 mbers\, it would be much more convenient if you obtained your NRA number p
 rior to class.  It is not required to be an NRA member to be an NRA instr
 uctor\, but it will save you money on your ongoing credentialing fees.\n\n
 Our NRA Pistol Instructor Training course is designed to develop NRA Certi
 fied Instructors who possess the knowledge\, skills\, and attitude necessa
 ry to conduct the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course. The Pistol Instructor 
 Training begins with our NRA Basic Instructor Training class\, then the Ba
 sics of Pistol Shooting Student Course\, and then the Pistol Instructor Tr
 aining.  These 3 classes together form the required course for NRA Pistol
  Instructor certification. (You are not considered an NRA Certified Instru
 ctor until the NRA Training Department processes your application and issu
 es your instructor credentials.)  This package includes the Basic Instruc
 tor Training (BIT)\, the Basics of Pistol Shooting Student Course and the 
 Pistol Instructor Training so no other courses will be required to obtain 
 your NRA Pistol Instructor Credentials after passing this course.\n\nNRA P
 istol Instructor certification is a requirement for becoming a Concealed
  Handgun Permit (CHP) Instructor in Nebraska\, Iowa\, Colorado\, Missouri
 \, and many other states. Remember that the individual states decide all m
 atters relating to their CHP programs including whether\, when\, and to wh
 om they issue Instructor certificates. You must apply directly to your sta
 te and meet their requirements for certification as a CHP instructor.\n\
 nThe Training Counselor (Terry Fitzgerald) for this course has been a Nebr
 aska Concealed Carry instructor for several years so if you are taking thi
 s class to prepare for becoming a concealed carry instructor you will be a
 ble to get many of your questions answered to make the journey much smoot
 her.\n\nThis is a full weekend which includes the Basic Instructor Trainin
 g and the Basic Pistol student course as well as the prequalification sho
 oting drills and the actual instructor course.\n\nYou will need to bring y
 our handgun and approximately 300 rounds of ammo (any caliber is acceptabl
 e) so you can demonstrate your ability to shoot to the standards required 
 to be an NRA instructor.  You will be required to shoot 16 out of 20 roun
 ds in a 6" groups on an 8" target from 15 yards.  You will be given two c
 hances every day if you do not accomplish this the first time.  We will h
 ave the range open on Friday evening for those who would like to get an ex
 tra two chances before class begins.  Please keep in mind that you will a
 lso be required to shoot the student course which consists of hitting 4" t
 argets from 10'\, 15'\, and 20'.  The instructor qualification target can

 \nYou can pay for the class with credit card or debit card below or if you

 uctor-Led student course (Saturday)\, and the Pistol Instructor training (
