 Your Nebraska Shooters Training Certificate is also recognized in Arizona and Florida.  These non-resident permits will add the following additional states:

Washington Non-Resident concealed carry permits are also available for free if you apply directly with a county sheriff in the state of Washington.

Nebraska now recognizes the following states’ CCW permits:

Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Hawaii, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota (class one permit), Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota (Enhanced), Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia.
The State of Nebraska will also honor permits from the following states provided the permit holder is over 21:
California, Iowa, Maine, Montana, North Dakota (class two permit), and Texas
