SUMMARY:DTI Off-Body Carry Instructor Course
DESCRIPTION:This course is taught by Vicki Farnam and will cover in-depth t
 raining for instructors to teach off-body carry techniques.\n\nRequired nu
 mber of rounds of pistol ammunition is 300. You'll also need at least two 
 magazines or speed loaders\, eye (safety glasses) and hearing protection\,
  and a baseball cap. Pistol calibers of 380Auto and larger are acceptable.
 \n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThe course will be outdoors and will entail some physical a
 ctivity\, so you will need to dress appropriately (long pants\, long-sleev
 e shirt\, sturdy shoes). You may get dirty\, so wear something heavy-duty 
 but inexpensive. No sweat-pants\, nor shorts.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nFinally\, you 
 will need a gun bag or box\, so that you can safely carry your gun on and 
 off the range\, unless\, of course\, you are authorized to carry concealed
 \, in which case I presume you will be carrying to and from the range.\n\n
 This is a three-day class and you will spend about half of the time on the
  range.\n\nYou will need to register via the DTI website.\n\nThe bunkhouse
  is available at no charge for any students who are traveling.  Please re
 serve your bunk below if you want one.  First come first serve.\nAbout Vi
 cki Farnam\nVicki L Farnam\, teaching with her husband\, John\, has develo
 ped a powerful program for helping male instructors to be effective with f
 emale students. This controversial subject has brought Vicki into contact 
 with many federal enforcement agencies as well as others on state and loca
 l levels. Her success has been phenomenal\, and she is changing the thinki
 ng of the training industry worldwide. Her books\, “Teaching Women to Sh
 oot: A Law Enforcement Instructor’s Guide”\, and “Women Learning to 
 Shoot: A Guide for Law Enforcement Officers”\, are widely regarded as au
