DESCRIPTION:The NRA has changed the way the Basic Pistol class is conducted
  over the past few months and after May 15\, all Basic Pistol Students wil
 l be required to complete the Basic Pistol Level I online at nraonlinetrai
 ning.org prior to completing the program with a certified instructor. &nbs
 p\;This is a blended learning program similar to many of the other program
 s out there that have been very successful. &nbsp\;This will allow you to 
 complete the "classroom" portion at your convenience on your schedule. &nb
 sp\;It is recommended that you allow yourself at least 8 hours to complete
  the course and you should plan on taking a break about every hour for max
 imum retention. &nbsp\;If you would like a coupon code to begin your onlin
 e course please select the "Phase 1 Coupon Code" below to get the special 
 $25 rate. &nbsp\;Otherwise\, it will cost $60 through the NRA.\n\nUpon com
 pletion of the online course you will receive a PIN number which will be r
 equired to register for the Level II portion of the class. Please enter yo
 ur PIN number in the comments section on the registration form. &nbsp\;Dur
 ing the Level II portion we will review the safety rules and shooting fund
 amentals you learned in the online portion and then we will proceed to con
 duct the practical portion of the course. &nbsp\;We will be shooting from 
 the bench rest and the standing position and after some practice\, you wil
 l be given an opportunity to qualify as a Red White or Blue graduate. &nbs
 p\;The course will be conducted in the evening and since it is objective b
 ased\, we will proceed until we are done or until it is too late. &nbsp\;I
 f we do not complete the course in the time alotted\, you will be able to 
 come to the next scheduled Level II course and complete the required shoot
 ing.\n\nThis is a new program and we are excited to be able to offer it to
  the new shooters who are wanting to start out with a great foundation to
