 tin Grusing\n\nThis is the NRA course designed to develop the knowledge sk
 ills and attitude to safely and effectively handle a handgun.\n\nStudents 
 learn NRA’s rules for safe gun handling\; pistol parts and operation\; a
 mmunition\; shooting fundamentals\; range rules\; shooting from the bench 
 rest position\, and two handed standing positions\; cleaning the pistol\; 
 and continued opportunities for skill development.\n\nWe will take the tim
 e to allow you to learn the proper way to get started with your handgun. 
  This is a great class for new gun owners or for people who will be living
  in a household with handguns.\n\nNRA's core Basic Pistol Course has six m
 ajor parts. We enhance that core class for civilians who want to live resp
 onsibly while protecting themselves and their family inside their home. An
 d we adjust according to the circumstances and enrollment in each class. H
