NRA CCW – INSTRUCTOR COURSE

This is the Holy Grail of handgun instructor credentials and certifies you to teach an official NRA CCW course which can be modified to meet the requirements of any state due to the modular nature of the lesson plan.

This course will require you to successfully complete the NRA CCW Student course and complete the NRA Basic Pistol Instructor Course as a pre-requisite.  Your Basic Instructor Training course must be less than two years old when taking this course so we will be including a free BIT on Saturday morning if you need it.

This is a two-day instructor course and upon completion, you will be among the few who have demonstrated the dedication to quality instruction which is required to pass this course.  If you have not had a variety of defensive handgun training and experience, you may not be ready to become an instructor.  This is not a drive-through course and you will not be passed for showing up.  You will also be tested over material you were expected to remember from your Nebraska CHP class which is required for the NRA CCW course as well.  Please feel free to attend one of our CHP classes as a free refresher if you need it.

Please bring quality shooting gear including a handgun, a dominant side holster, eye and ear protection, a concealment garment, and at least 200 rounds of ammo.
