SKILLS AND DRILLS
This is a great session to work on a variety of skills that you may not typically get a chance to practice at the range on your own. This is also a great preparatory session for those planning to attend an advanced level class.
We will be working on:
techniques
speed
accuracy
shooting from cover
shooting from various positions
and much more
We will not be doing the same things every session, so you will benefit greatly from attending multiple sessions. Times and scores will be tracked so you can monitor your improvement. Many of the drills will be similar to the drills you will be doing in the advanced classes.
There are no prerequisites for this class, but you should have a basic handle on range safety and bring a reliable handgun. Please bring at least 200 rounds of ammunition, a dominant side holster, Eye and Ear protection.
We may be doing drills which ask you to kneel or shoot from the ground, but any physical limitations will be accommodated.
